A brand publishes a Brand Kit: approved hooks, calls to action and hashtags in Arabic and English, a do-and-don't list covering creative, cultural and religious ground, and a time-bound usage licence.
The brand funds the campaign before it goes live. The money sits with the payment provider — not with Roya, and not as a balance anyone can spend.
Creators open the kit, accept the licence, post the clip on their own account with the required disclosure, and submit the link.
The brand has 72 hours to approve or reject, with a written reason if it rejects. A clip left unreviewed and unflagged is approved automatically — the clock never runs silently against the creator.
Verified views accrue daily. Each day's views become payable 72 hours later, and the creator withdraws in Bahraini dinars.
